Compass Rowan To the Rescue

The story takes place while Compass Rowan is on safari in the Serengeti. She is observing young monkeys learning to swing from branches. After several mishaps, one monkey slips and Compass Rowan quickly helps the monkey to prevent injury.

The story is designed to help children learn specific words as they read and take part in the story. It also teaches children to count the remaining monkeys.
